C.J. Gideon, Blake Carter, and Jed Crumbo secure first qualified protective order after new Supreme Court decision

On Monday, April 13, 2020, C.J. Gideon, Blake Carter, and Jed Crumbo secured a qualified protective order (QPO) permitting ex parte interviews with non-party treating physicians.  This is believed to be one of the first, if not the first, contested QPOs entered since the Tennessee Supreme Court decided the QPO statute was constitutional, but discretionary, in Willeford v. Klepper.
