  • Mr. Essary has been representing health care facilities and individual providers in Tennessee for more than 25 years, in all sorts of matters. His practice focuses on the representation of hospitals and other health care facilities, and he has represented hospitals, from 600-bed regional health care centers to 50-bed community hospitals, in cases from pre-suit investigation through appeal. He has tried numerous cases on virtually any health care-related issue, many for professional negligence. Mr. Essary also regularly represents individual health care providers, from physicians to social workers to counselors to therapists. Mr. Essary has successfully handled cases in virtually every county in Tennessee. Mr. Essary is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
